Loving This Song!!!

I heard this song the other night and I totally fell in love with it. It is such a sad, beautiful song. It reminds me of the second book of Twilight when Edward leaves Bella (yes, I know what a dork I am). It is that emotion of being totally and completely in love with someone, yet it isn't enough and wondering what you are going to do now, that I just melt for. Let me know what you think of the lyrics.

What'll I do?

Gone is the romance that was so divine.
'tis broken and cannot be mended.
You must go your way,
And I must go mine.
But now that our love dreams have ended...

What'll I do
When you are far away
And I am blue
What'll I do?

What'll I do?
When I am wond'ring who
Is kissing you
What'll I do?

What'll I do with just a photograph
To tell my troubles to?

When I'm alone
With only dreams of you
That won't come true
What'll I do?

What'll I do with just a photograph
To tell my troubles to?

When I'm alone
With only dreams of you
That won't come true
What'll I do?

Good Times With a Funny Boy

As always, KC loves his Daddy! Here are some more cute Daddy&Baby pix:

It has been about a year now and I finally got my new bed frame. Because I am prego (my ability to wait or hold off on items I want has been severely diminished) and in NEED of a bed I ordered it without consulting Craig. He was not too happy to find out that I ordered a canopy bed. To be fair It is very masculine looking with clean lines and geometric shapes, but I needed a little femininity in my house. I am being testosteroned out of here!

When the bed came KC loved climbing all over the boxes. He would climb up and over it and then slide down the box. How fun!
KC is big into climbing on things. He loves climbing onto his walker and has fallen in a few times. Here it looks like he is throwing up in the chair. How funny!
KC was having fun backing up into Daddy's arms. Such a strange and funny boy!

Mothers Day

Here are the highlights of my Mothers Day yesterday:
Got a hand made card from Craig and KC. I LOVE the home made cards. KC is learning how to color so they are so special to me!
Got to sleep in until 1:30!!! Wahoo! Thank you Craig!
Got to church in time for everything important and even came home with a Toblerone, yummy!
I had shish kabobs for lunch and tater-tot casserole for dinner. Dessert was pineapple upside down cake, yummy!
I got a little balloon from KC (though he still hasn't let me have a turn with it), and flowers from Craig.
Thanks for the happy Mothers Day!

On a funny note:
I saw a clip for David Letterman's top 10 for being a good mom for Mothers Day and number 7 made both Craig and I laugh! It said Lower your expectations! LOL
